Returns & Replacements

We are confident that you won’t need to return your item but will be happy to refund or replace any missing or faulty goods immediately. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with any missing or faulty claim. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, we will not refund postage and packaging costs.

Fancy dress costumes are supplied by a external suppliers and returns are only be accepted on these if the costume is faulty, therefore, please see our sizing chart before purchasing.
